All work undertaken by MJH Lighting LTD will be subject to the following terms and conditions. Agreements between MJH Lighting LTD and the Client shall be interpreted in accordance with English Law and shall be deemed to have been made in England and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
The due date for payment shall be 30 days from date of invoice, cleared funds are to be in the nominated bank account of MJH Lighting LTD on or before this date.
If no financial agreement or quote has been negotiated for our services prior to the date engagement then it will be deemed that the Client agree to remunerate MJH Lighting LTD in full upon receipt of invoice. Charges for services may not be negotiated following the date of engagement.
There are some assumptions made when engaging with us for our products or services.
a Quotation for a “day” is considered to be for a 10 hour period. Where Overtime will be charged over 10 hours. Unless otherwise discussed, the standard hourly rate will increase to 1.5T over 10 and 2T over 2 hours.
Cancellation of a Contract
An agreement between MJH Lighting LTD and a client may be cancelled or postponed up to 14 days prior to the date of engagement without subject to charge. Less than 14 days’ notice will result in the client being liable to pay compensation for any preparation work undertaken for the project.
In the event of cancellation or postponement 14 days before the beginning of the agreement, 25% of the contract cost shall be due.
In the event of cancellation or postponement 7 days before the beginning of the agreement, 50% of the contract cost shall be due.
In the event of cancellation or postponement 3 days before the beginning of the agreement, 100% of the contract cost shall be due.
